Compliance Aspekte 9.4 introduces a new AI-powered assistant that allows users to get answers directly from attached documents. This feature makes it possible to explore asset-related information more deeply by simply uploading relevant files.

Users can now create custom fields for items like Modules, Requirements, Threats, and Controls, giving them more control over what data to track.

• Hidden Fields: Keep sensitive information private by hiding fields from regular users while still allowing backend access. 

Recurring Reminders 

The new reminder feature lets users set tasks to repeat at set intervals—monthly, every six months, or yearly—making it easier to keep up with important dates and deadlines. 

University Concept Template 

A new Concept Template is available for universities, designed around four standards: IT-Grundschutz for Universities, IT-Grundschutz 2023, GDPR, and BCM Requirements. This makes it simpler for educational institutions to follow best practices. 

Document Creation in Compliance Check and Risk Analysis 

Compliance Aspekte 9.4 includes tools for creating documents directly within the platform. Users can set up custom templates using Microsoft Word for Requirements, Controls, and Threats, making documentation faster and easier. 

Support for New and Updated Standards 

This update includes support for new standards like CISIS12 and DIN SPAC 27076, and updates TISAX® to version 6.0.3, which includes new controls. 

Further Innovations 

Compliance Aspekte 9.4 also improves usability and security with several other updates. The Magic Assets tool simplifies asset creation using descriptions or document uploads; users can now attach files to comments, bulk-upload documents, and assign colors to asset subtypes for better organization; and a new hot-key makes navigating tree views quicker. Besides, security is reinforced with fixes for Azure Identity SDK, Spring Framework, Bouncy Castle, and Apache Commons Compress vulnerabilities, ensuring a safer platform.
