The IT-Grundschutz Day 2021: Meet the new version of the German security standard during an online event
Every year the Federal Office of Information Security (BSI, Germany) issues a new version of IT-Grundschutz that immediately becomes effective, and all companies need to migrate to the upgraded edition. Previously in the 2020 version, two new modules were added (CON.8 “Software Development” and INF.5 “Room and cabinet for technical infrastructure”), and 25 modules of 2019 were revised.
What to expect from IT-Grundschutz 2021?
The updated BSI standard 200-4 will be presented to the public online during the first IT-Grundschutz Day 2021 on January 19. Besides, the event agenda will include presentations and comprehensive reports on emergency management and BCM.
