Assessment and Consolidation: Conduct a thorough assessment and consolidation of the client’s data protection information. 

Implementation: Deploy a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and implement comprehensive compliance management software. 

Training: Develop and conduct ongoing training measures to ensure staff adherence to data protection protocols. 

Project Description 

Our project has focused on continuously reinforcing data protection through ongoing staff training. The compliance management tool, Compliance Aspekte, was implemented by our team and is actively utilized, guaranteeing efficient and consistent application of data protection policies. 

With the client’s significant growth through acquisitions, it became crucial to extend these measures to the newly acquired companies. Our team facilitated this integration, incorporating all consulting and training services as well as the Compliance Aspekte tool. 

During an actual data protection incident, our team swiftly took effective measures to mitigate damage and prevent escalation, showcasing the robustness of the implemented systems. 

Outcome 

The Data Protection as a Service project is running reliably and is continuously expanding. 

The full integration of the Data Protection Officer, consulting, training, and compliance management software has been successfully implemented.
